2019 Annual Conference – Delegates Information

We are busy planning another fabulous event for you!

The committee are once again looking forward to seeing you all at this year’s event.

We hope you will join us once again and help spread the word to other colleagues so that we can meet and share experiences with as many of our practice manager colleagues as possible.

This event is not exclusive to Lincolnshire Managers; we would like to encourage delegates from all over the country to join us. You will be guaranteed a warm Lincolnshire welcome and you will leave with a great new support network.

With kind regards
On behalf of the LPMDG Committee

Dr Lucy Harrison, Wellbeing & Mindfulness

Lucy is a practicing doctor and qualified mindfulness teacher. She has been a GP for 16 years working within the NHS, academic and private sectors. The skill of mindfulness can help us deal with the stresses and strains of daily living, by deliberately paying attention to what happens in the mind and body, to become more familiar with the workings of our own mind patters and habits. This helps plan for how best to respond rather than react in our old familial, often unhelpful ways.
